A five year college standout soccer player for University of Hartford, Palm Beach Atlantic, and the University of Tampa led her to become a professional soccer player for the Tampa Bay Strikers in the NISL league.
Caprara's discipline and drive for success on and off the soccer field has developed a foundation for many other incredible skills and an unstoppable mindset.
Lisa is a highly requested motivational speaker who is a natural on-air personality. She worked as an in-game stadium host for various teams, including the New York Yankees. Besides performing on-air, she works behind the scenes of the YES Network & the YES App, creating social media covering the New York Yankees, Brooklyn Nets, the New York Liberty and much more. In Addition, Lisa works in studio for Bally Sports covering the Tampa Bay Lightning, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, Panthers, Marlins, and several other professional sports teams. She also trains and coaches the younger generation of soccer superstars at IMG Academy.
Her passion in life is to help motivate others after having a near death experience from getting hit by a car at a young age.
She talks on developing confidence, decision making, growth mindset, leadership, multitasking, competition, time management and creating the best version of ourselves along with many other topics.
Caprara also is very involved in several charity organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay and West Palm Beach Clean Up as she has a passion for giving back.
